Questions, problems and account help for Christian Songs Web
You do not need an account to search, read or project songs — the whole song collection is free and open. An account only exists so your session lists and saved meetings follow you between devices. To create one, open the app, tap Login, and either continue with Apple, continue with Google, or register with an email address and password.
You can delete your account and everything stored with it from inside the app, at any time:
For your security you may be asked to sign in again before the deletion goes through. Once confirmed, your login, your saved meetings and your profile are permanently removed. This cannot be undone, and there is no waiting period or customer-service step. If you have already uninstalled the app and cannot sign in, email us at contact@christiansongsweb.com from the address you registered with and we will remove the data for you.
Tap Login, then Forgot Password? and enter your email address. A reset link is sent to that address. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder, then write to us.
Please tell us — corrections are how this collection improves. Use the Report Error button on the song itself, or send the song title and the correction to contact@christiansongsweb.com. To contribute a new song, use I have a new song to add.
Email us at contact@christiansongsweb.com and the material will be removed from the database promptly. See the About page for the full copyright and non-profit statement.
Yes. The app carries its own copy of the interface and caches the song data it has already loaded, so songs you have opened stay available without a connection. New songs and updates need the internet.
In presentation mode, open the stage display for a second screen or projector — on the Mac app it is under View › Open Stage Display (⌘⇧S). The phone remote pairs over a short code shown on screen. If either will not connect, check that both devices are online and write to us with the code you were shown.
We collect the minimum needed to sign you in and sync your saved meetings, and the app carries no advertising of any kind. Signing in with Apple lets you hide your email address behind Apple's private relay if you prefer. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Write to contact@christiansongsweb.com with a description of what you were doing and what happened. A screenshot helps enormously.
